One Saturday for women who lead. Twenty-five seats, small on purpose. You'll find out where your leadership is leaking, put down what was never yours to carry, and write the plan you'll use on Monday.
The Day
Most leadership days fill you up and send you home to the same calendar that emptied you. This one is built the other way around. The teaching is short and honest, the work is yours, and by three o'clock you'll be holding a ninety-day plan written in your own handwriting.

You've been running hard. A real weekend off would help, and you know it.

Rest won't fix it, because you'll come back to the same pile. Something has to come off the plate.

You can rest and cut and still feel hollow, because the work and what you value have drifted apart. This is the one we have to name out loud.
How the Day Runs
Doors open at 8:30 with coffee, juice, and something sweet. That isn't breakfast, so eat before you come. Lunch comes to the room, so nobody loses an hour hunting for a parking spot, and we're done at 3:00.
Three quick rounds of conversation, a new seat each round. Nobody has to invent small talk, and by 9:30 you've met most of the room.
